Elizabeth Jane Hurley has been an actress and model in England since the late 1980s. In 1990, she was rumored to be Hugh Grant's lover. In 1994 as Grant became the focus of the world's media due to the worldwide box office success of his film Four Weddings and a Funeral Hurley joined him for the premiere of the film in Los Angeles premiere in a stunning black Versace dress held together with gold safety pins that earned immediate media attention. The relationship she has had to Estee Lauder has been the major highlight of her career. Hurley was first offered a modeling gig at the Estee-Lauder company in the year she turned 29 years old. The company has utilized Hurley as a product model particularly for perfumes like Sensuous Intuitions and Pleasures. Vanessa Kensington was her most well-known role on screen in Mike Myers hit spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me(1999). Hurley creates and models an eponymous line of swimwear. The song I Loved a Girl a straightforward ode expressing sexual curiosity backed with an electro-pop beat that was hardedged brought her more attention just a few months after. The song was controversial, as critics criticized it for encouraging relationships with a partner as well as others who claimed it depicted a sexually explicit scene that enticed men's desires for female sexuality. I Kissed a Girl was a smash hit for Perry's debut album One of the Boys in 2008 because of the mixture of excitement and music. Hot N Cold is a well-known second track.
